  1. •All the solid 8"X6” random length Eastern White Pine precision milled double T&G logs for the exterior walls (first floor) 8ft Nominal Height, Log Homes Council Graded. (Story and One Half models include log siding for second floor exterior walls, Full Two story models include Solid Logs for exterior walls).

  2. •All the “Bison” lag screws needed to fasten each log course (optional spiral spikes).

  3. •All the double row of log course polyfoam insulation sealing tape - “Log Cabin” Log Seal Brand.

  4. •All the oak joint dowels for butt ends & corner joints.

  5. •All the “Log Cabin” log caulking for butt and end joints.


WINDOWS:

  1. •All the Insulated Natural Wood Double Hung Thermopane Tilt by MW. Treated with Water Repellant wood Preservative. (Low-E).

  2. •Sill Nosing.

  3. •Mullion Material for Twin or Adjoining Windows.

  4. •Trapazoid and Fixed Glass when illustrated.

  5. •Tempered glass when required by national codes where required according to our standard layout.


DOORS:

  1. •All the 6 panel metal clad thermo insulated entry doors by Thermo-Tru® when illustrated.

  2. •All the thermo insulated French Patio Swingers by Thermo-Tru® when illustrated.


ROOF SYSTEM:

  1. •All the stress engineered 2x conventional roof rafters and collar ties for the roof system depending on design, for 30lb roof loading.

  2. •All the 7/16" OSB roof decking.

  3. •All the engineered lumber valley beams when required.

  4. •All the Hip Rafters when required.

  5. •All the 2X Ridgeboard when required.

  6. •All Barge Rafters.

  7. •All ladder framing.


PORCH ROOF SYSTEM: (When Illustrated)

  1. •4X6 Porch Posts (Species to match species of home).
